Kalypso - Ocean Drive, Port Fairy

ARCHITECTS: Cooper Scaife Architects

This renovation our team completed in Port Fairy is a great example of what can be achieved when client, architect, and builder work closely together to bring a vision to life.

The client’s decision to purchase the property was driven entirely by its exceptional ocean views and unique proximity to the coastline.

Architect, Bianca Scaife’s design for this renovation truly embraces its surroundings
— bringing the outdoors in through natural tones and textures inspired by the seascape. The result is a space that feels calm, cohesive, and deeply connected to its environment.

Accessibility was also a key priority. Thoughtful features such as a lowered kitchen bench, open roll - in showers, and a discreet stair lift have been seamlessly integrated. The home remains warm and inviting, balancing functionality with style an  comfort.

A true collaboration involving our building team, trusted trades, architect, design team and client.
