Wannon - Contemporary Off Grid

This contemporary pavilion style new build provides everything you want in a rural family home. The brief placed significant importance for the home to function off grid and incorporate solar power and maximise thermal efficiencies while also providing hydronic in-slab heating.
Design features include feature raked ceiling to the open plan living area, stone clad fireplace, independent zoning of the secondary bedrooms, master suite and living areas to minimise energy use, along with specifically sized and orientated windows throughout all whilst providing a foot print that complements the many needs of family life.
